I’m with Coco: O’Brien Mocks Airlines over Bag and Change Fees

As we head into the holiday weekend, I thought it was appropriate to lighten the mood a bit.  Perhaps you saw it already, but here’s a pretty funny skit of TBS’ Conan O’Brien interviewing “Delta EVP, Tony Kent” after reports surfaced that airlines made $5.7 billion in baggage and reservation change fees in 2010. The Department of Transportation stated American airline companies generated $3.4 billion in revenue from baggage fees alone with Delta leading the pack at $952 million.

The names have been changed to protect the innocent, but do you think this portrayal rings too true?

Hat tip to Timothy O’Neil-Dunne for bringing the video…and a chuckle…to my attention.
